Flu Shot Information

It’s not too late to be vaccinated against the flu this season.  Flu shots are free of charge.  Please note that if you are covered by an insurance carrier, the carrier will be billed.  You will not be responsible for a co-pay.  Veterans may receive flu shots at the locations listed below.  No appointment is necessary.  Please bring your veteran's ID card with you.
 
 

East Orange Campus

Main Hospital Building:  A-Level, Room A165 (Registration); A-Level, Room A263A (Flu Shot Administration), Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Veterans may also receive the flu vaccine during scheduled primary care appointments.

Lyons Campus

Building 4:  B-Level, Medical Administration Service Window (Registration); B-Level, Room 41 (Flu Shot Administration), Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Veterans who have scheduled appointments in primary care, mental health, diabetes, hematology/oncology, pulmonary, or cardiology clinics will be offered a flu vaccine during scheduled appointments.

James J. Howard (Brick) and Hackensack Clinics

Flu shots are available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Elizabeth, Fort Monmouth, Jersey City, Morristown, and Paterson

Clinics Flu shots are available every Tuesday and Thursday, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

New Brunswick and Trenton Clinics

Flu shots are available every Wednesday and Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Newark Clinic

Flu shots are available every Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
