Residency Program Details:
- PM&S-36 (3-year program)
- Fully approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education. The next on-site visit is scheduled for the fall of 2012.
- Two first year slots open per year (six residents in training per year).
- Stipend: PGY1: $41,318 PGY2: $43,777 PGY3: $46,237
- Health and life insurance available.
- Surgical case participation in all training years – vast number of surgical attendings.
- Meets residency training requirements for Board Qualification/Certification in:
- Foot surgery by the ABPS.
- Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery by the ABPS.
- Podiatric Medicine and Orthopedics by the ABPOPPM.

- Full scope of surgical cases – forefoot, reconstructive rearfoot & ankle including Charcot reconstruction, limb salvage & arthroscopy.
- Well established residency program: Founded in 1988. Over 80 residents trained.
- Large, clean, spacious treatment rooms, each with a computer for computerized medical records and digital x-rays and access to the "PRESENT" online lecture series.
- Newly renovated, state-of-the-art operating room utilizing the latest technology.
- Teaching experience: Help to train podiatry externs in the clinic, grand rounds, workshops and journal club.
